Brand Voice Blueprint + Custom Brand Voice Guide

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of brand voice guide services provided by esvee marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

We offer three tiers of brand voice guide services:

1. The Brand Voice Blueprint (DIY) - Self-guided brand voice creation using our proprietary system

2. Guided Blueprint - DIY system with expert review and feedback

3. Custom Brand Voice Guide - Fully custom brand voice guide development

The specific deliverables, timeline, and process for each tier are outlined on our website at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms

Payment Structure

• Tier 1 (The Brand Voice Blueprint): Full payment ($350) required at time of purchase

• Tier 2 (Guided Blueprint): Full payment ($1,750) required at time of purchase

• Tier 3 (Custom Brand Voice Guide): Choose between:

  • Pay in Full: $3,325 due at booking

  • Two Payments: $1,750 due at booking, $1,750 due before final delivery

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards via Payhip for Tiers 1 and 2. We accept credit cards or ACH via Mercury Bank for Tier 3 (uses Stripe for processing cards).

When Work Begins

• Tier 1 & 2: Work begins immediately upon purchase with access to foundational questions

• Tier 3: Work begins at the kickoff call, scheduled after initial payment is received

Refund Policy

No Refunds After Work Begins

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Tier 1: No refunds after you receive access to the foundational questions and custom GPT

• Tier 2: No refunds after you submit your foundational questions for review

• Tier 3: No refunds after the kickoff call is completed

Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us at support@esveemarketing.com to request a full refund. This applies to Tier 3 only as Tiers 1 and 2 receive immediate access to proprietary resources.

Our Commitment

We're committed to delivering high-quality work. If you're unsatisfied with your deliverables, we'll work with you to address concerns within the scope outlined for your tier. However, dissatisfaction with final deliverables does not constitute grounds for a refund once work is complete.

Timeline & Deliverables

Estimated Timelines

• Tier 1: Complete at your own pace

• Tier 2: Review and feedback delivered within 4 business days of submission

• Tier 3: Customer controls pace of answering foundational questions; esvee commits to providing feedback in 4 business days

Delays

Timelines assume timely client responses. Delays due to client non-responsiveness may extend the project timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability or failure to provide requested information.

Revisions

• Tier 1: Self-directed revisions using the custom GPT

• Tier 2: One round of expert review and feedback on foundational questions and tone selections

• Tier 3: Up to three rounds of feedback and guidance on foundational questions; one round of revisions on the completed brand voice guide

Additional revisions beyond the scope outlined above may be available for an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and quality delivery, you agree to:

• Provide complete, thoughtful responses to all foundational questions

• Respond to requests for clarification or additional information within a reasonable timeframe

• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed-upon timelines

• Communicate openly if you have concerns during the process

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all rights to your completed brand voice guide and related deliverables created specifically for your business.

Our Materials

The Brand Voice Blueprint system, custom GPT, foundational questions framework, and all related proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of esvee marketing.

Portfolio Use

We may request permission to use anonymized examples or case studies from your project for marketing purposes. Your company name and identifying details will not be shared without your explicit written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat all information you provide as confidential. We will not share your business information, responses, or deliverables with third parties except as necessary to provide the services (e.g., using AI tools to generate content, processing payments through Stripe or Mercury).

Limitation of Liability

Our brand voice guides are strategic and advisory in nature. Results depend on how you implement and use the deliverables. We are not responsible for:

• Your implementation or use of the brand voice guide

• Results, revenue, or outcomes from your marketing activities

• Third-party platform performance (e.g., AI tools, social media platforms)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

Client Termination

You may request to terminate the project at any time by emailing support@esveemarketing.com. However, no refunds will be issued after work has begun, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• You fail to make required payments

• You are unresponsive for more than 30 days

• You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

In the event we terminate due to client non-payment or misconduct, no refund will be issued.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, USA.

Agreement
